It provides multiple channels of support by allowing end users to log tickets through web, email & IVR integration. It provides fine grained permissions for access by agents and end users; in addition administrators can customize display labels, call logging page and others.

Rule-based SLA’s can be tracked real-time and escalated if the tickets are about t breach or have already breached. Email integration is supported for user notification on ticket state changes and ticket work-flow actions. The notification template allows fine-grained control on who should receive the email notifications on actions taken on a ticket.
